But things cannot always be happy. Even the best friends have fights. What should they do when you have a fight with your friend ? You have to talk to him or her .When there is no one around , have an honest talk. If he or she doesn’t want to talk, you could write a letter.

New rules and behaviour standards (行為規(guī)范) for middle school students have come out. The middle school is going to use a new way to decide who the top students are. The best students won’t only have high marks. They will also be kids who don’t smoke, drink or dye (染) their hair. The following are some of the new rules.
Tell the truth. Have you ever copied someone else’s work on an exam? Don’t do it again! That’s not something that an honest student should do. If you have played computer games for two hours in your room, don’t tell your parents you have done homework.
Do more at school. Good students love animals and care for other people. April is Bird Loving Month in China. Is your school doing anything to celebrate it? You should join! That way, you can learn more about animals and how to protect them. When more people work together, it is more fun for everyone.
Have you fought with your teammates when your basketball team lost? Only working together can make your team stronger. Be friendly to the people you are with. Try to think of others, not only yourself.
Be open to new ideas. Have you ever thought that people could live on the moon? Maybe you’ll discover Earth II someday. Don’t look down on new ideas. Everyone’s ideas are important. You should welcome them because new ideas make life better for everyone.
Protect yourself. Has someone ever taken money from one of your classmates? Don’t let it happen to you. If you have to go home late, you should let your parents know.
Use the Internet carefully. The Internet can be very useful for your studies. But some things on the Internet aren’t good for kids, do try to look at Web pages that aren’t good for you. If you think texting(發(fā)短信) while walking is dangerous, just wait until everyone starts wearing Google's smart, Internet-connected glasses. These glasses can do anything you now need a smartphone or tablet computer(平板電腦) to do —and then some.
In Google's video, a guy wearing the "Project Glass" is shown getting subway information, making an appointment with a friend for coffee and showing the directions in a bookstore, all with the help of the glass. It ends with him playing an instrument for a woman and showing her the sunset through a video chat.
The "Project Glass" Google displayed have a sleek(光滑的) wrap-around look and appear nothing like 3-D glasses. What about the effect on(對(duì)……有影響) your sight of having a screen so close to your eye?
Some asked for the glass, but Google isn't giving those out just yet. Hi Hongbo,
I’m so glad to read about the changes talking place in your city. It’s really good news that you can travel by subway in Xi’an, though there’s only one line there. Here in London we have twelve lines. By the way, we don’t use the word “subway” here. It’s American English. We call it “the Underground”, instead.
The London Underground is very famous. It’s famous for several reasons. First of all, part of the underground railway today is the oldest in the world, which opened in 1863. Secondly, the London Underground is also the first line to have electric trains, in 1890. Thirdly but not the last, the London Underground is the second largest metro system in the world, after the Shanghai Metro. There are 270 stations in the Underground and it has 402 kilometres of tracks(軌道). What’s more, the city of London itself helps make the transportation system famous! I’ve got a few photos to help you build a clear picture of the Underground in my city. They are together with this mail.
In your email, you also said workers were building more lines. I’m sure your city is developing fast. Maybe you can send me a few photos of your city today. I really want to see the changes taking place there. I’m happy for you to live there in an ancient city with such a new look!
