Frank is a thirteen –year –old boy . He is a good student in his class .He likes eating fried fish ,fried chicken and ice cream. But he hardly ever eats friut and vegetables .He isn’t very healthy and wants to change  his diet and lifestyle. Now he does sports for about half an hour every day .  And he plays basketball twice a week .Besides ,he often eats a lot of vegetables and fruit now .It is good for his heath and he feels much better now .解析:
