Many people do not like to stay at home on holidays. They want to go out to see something different or do something exciting. So people from the countryside come to the city and people from the city go to the countryside for holidays. During the holidays, trains, buses and planes are all very busy. It is a little hard to buy train tickets(票), bus tickets or air tickets. Many people take cars for traveling.

Last May Day my family went to the countryside by car for our holiday. There was too much traffic(交通) on the road, so we had to move very slowly. It took us about an hour to get out of the town. After some time, we came to a farm. It was clean and beautiful. The animals were very cute. We thought it was a nice place for a picnic(野餐), so we stopped and took the food, fruit and drinks out of the car. We sat down under a big green tree. Suddenly a strong wind blew and soon it started to rain. We had to run back to our car and have our picnic in the car. Then we drove back home. What a bad trip!

As a middle school student, I want to buy an iPod that can help me improve my spoken English. I don’t want my parents to buy it for me, so I have to look for a job. One day I stopped at the zoo.
