Mrs. Green is such a helpful teacher. I used to have some trouble with English speaking. She told me to be brave and encouraged me to speak more in front of the class. Finally, my speaking improved with her help and I rebuilt my confidence. Now I am not only good at English speaking, but also good at other subjects.

Importance of feeling valued

Long before differentiation (區(qū)分) was used in education, I was lucky enough to have two teachers who gave me meaningful tasks that were different from my classmates’. By the time she left college, she had been an excellent student. Having competed with many others, she got a job at Li Qiang’s factory. That excited her most.
