Zhou Youguang, who created(創(chuàng)造) Chinese Pinyin, died on January 14th 2017, just one day after his 112nd birthday.

Linda Evans was my best friend. We did everything together, piano lessons, movies, swimming, and horseback riding.

When I was 13, my family moved away. Linda and I kept in touch through letters, and we saw each other on special time—like my wedding and Linda’s.
