World Tai Chi and Qigong Day is an event held on the last Saturday of April each year, which promotes(倡導(dǎo)) practices of Tgi Chi and Qigong. Doctors say it has benefits for those who have heart and blood pressure problems. Many people who practise it say it makes them live longer. Tai Chi is famous around the world, for its followers practise it in parks.
