Confidence is very important in daily life. It can help you to develop a healthy attitude（態(tài)度）. A study shows that the people who are more confident are much happier. Theycan have more chance to make themselves successful. But how to be more confident? Here are some suggestions.

The morning was cold and clear. A yellow bus came around the corner and stopped near a wood（樹林）. A coach asked the students to get off the bus. Girls began to gather by the starting line.
