It’s important to develop healthy habits in your daily life. The following ways will help you become healthier.

Eat properly. healthy diet is very important for everybody. Breakfast is the most important in a day. Doctors suggest that students’ breakfast should include fruit, eggs, milk, rice or noodles, because these can offer them necessary energy, help them listen carefully in class and keep them healthy. Eat enough for lunch and little for supper. But remember too much sugar is bad for your teeth and blood.

Keep off germs（病菌）. Daily tooth cleaning reduces（減少）the amount of germs which will spread diseases. Germs in the mouth are likely to enter the blood and cause illnesses, even heart disease. Even if you are not sick, always remember to cough or sneeze into your arms instead of your hands because hands can spread germs to others when you touch something else. Besides, washing hands is necessary after going to the toilet or before having a meal.

Exercise regularly. Regular exercise can improve your moods（情緒）. What’s more, it’s good for bones. There are many forms of exercise: walking, running, playing ball games or swimming. You can choose your favorite to practice regularly. You will not only feel energetic but also think better after doing exercise.

Stay connected. Having regular communication with friends is the key to reduce stress. And sharing happiness and sadness, exchanging information with others can also help improve memory. Having a friend and a circle of friends can help you feel good.

It was early, and I was walking on dewy（帶露水的） grass down to the office. Suddenly a flash came out straight from the ground, about 15 feet in front of me, and shot up into the sky. Look at the beautiful colors and different small flowers that cover playing fields---we walk all over them without a second look. ③Watch a bee dancing, or tiny ants going on their way, or birds singing in the sky. All of these natural living things are amazing-- if only we took the time to notice them.

“I’ll see you in about three weeks” I said, trying to make my voice cheerful, to make him comfortable. “I’mmm...not...worth...,” he said slowly, in low voice.

I knew what he meant. Actually, he did nothing meaningful to support his family. He didn’t do a job, leaving the family badly poor throughout my childhood. Chinese people started to use hand fans over 2,000 years ago. The fans came in different shapes, such as round and square. They were also made from all kinds of materials. Palm leaf fans were cheap and easy to make. Feather fans（羽毛扇）showed the owner’s high status. Sandalwood（檀香）fans could send out sweet smell.

Later, hand fans became far more than just something that could cool you down. They developed into art works, in which Tuanshan（round fans）and Zheshan（folded fans）were the most common.

In the shape of a full moon, Tuanshan was usually made of silk. They had beautiful birds and flowers on them. Women especially those in the imperial palace (皇宮), liked to use them.
