The upper floor is a quiet zone with over a thousand places for silent reading, …

Library computers on the floor明確告訴讀者答案應該出現(xiàn)在Computers這一部分。結合文中的信息“you can also use library computers, which contain the most commonly used applications, such as Microsoft Office. They are situated in the area known as the Experimental Field on the ground floor.”,我們發(fā)現(xiàn)A錯在field experiment,文中的Experimental Field是一個表示對方的專有名詞;這句話中根本沒有提到C項中的wi-fi;這里也沒有提到D項中的application forms(申請表)。

A錯在must,因為也可以是2-3 people;B錯在minimum(至少),文中用了You can use a room three hours per day…;D錯在不是applicants標注出來,而是這樣的放間已經標注好了(All rooms are marked on the library maps)。

題干中的locker出現(xiàn)在Storage of Study Material中,這里出A、B、C、D中出現(xiàn)文中所提到信息有A和D,但和文中這句“When you have obtained at least 40 credits, you may rent a locker…”

Scientists in Argentina have created the world's first cow with two human genes that will enable it to produce human-like milk.
Genetic engineering was used to introduce the "mothers'milk" genes into the animal before birth, according to the National Institute of Agribusiness Technology in Buenos Aires.
As an adult, the cloned cow "will produce milk that is similar to that of humans", which will prove "a development of great importance for the nutrition of infants(嬰兒)", said the institute. "The cloned cow, named Rosita ISA, is the first in the world with two human genes that contain the proteins present in human milk," said the statement.
In April, scientists in China published details of research showing that they had created dairy cows which produced milk containing proteins found in human breast milk. But the Argentine team said the Chinese only introduced one human gene, while their research involved two, meaning the milk will more closely resemble that of humans.
“Our goal was to raise the nutrition value of cows'milk by adding two human genes, which do good to the immune system of infants,” said Adrian Mutto, from the National University of San Martin which worked with the institute.
Cristina Kirchner, President of Argentina, said that the scientific institute made all Argentines proud. She also said that she had rejected the "honor" of having the cow named after her. "They came to tell me that the name is Cristina, but what woman would like to have a cow named after her? It appeared to me to be more proper to call it Rosita.”
(1)What is the passage mainly about?
A.The importance of genetic engineering.
B.Ways to improve mothers' milk.
C.A cloned cow to produce human-like milk.
D.Advanced agricultural technology in Argentina.
(2)Which of the following can best replace “more closely resemble” in Paragraph 4?
A.have more varieties than
B.be more similar to
C.have more nutrition than
D.be more different from
(3)What can be inferred from Cristina Kirchner's statements?
A.She was quite satisfied with the research done by the institute.

Every time you visit Disney World, there's something new to see. What began in 1971 as the Magic Kingdom now includes the hightech, moviemad Disney and Animal Kingdom. Each time the park expands,so do your chances to spend money. A single trip to Blizzard Beach, for example, would cost a family of four $100.
The prices at some of the nicer restaurants, especially those in Epcot's World Showcase, are much lower at noontime than at dinner. It's wise to make reservations before you leave home. Call 407WDISNEY.
F or $65,you can get a Magic Kingdom Club Gold Card(call 180056DISNEY).Cardholders get up to 20 percent off Disney hotel rooms, plus price breaks on character breakfasts, theme park tickets and goods from Disney stores.
Charactertheme dinner shows are expensive, costing a family of four about $140,and even a character breakfast, where Mickey or Donald Duck joins you for cakes, can set you back $50.If your budget is tight, try to meet the characters inside the theme parks and at free inpark shows. You can watch the Diamond Horseshoe show, for example,in the Magic Kingdom for no additional cost, while the similarly themed HoopDeeDoo Musical Revue requires expensive tickets.
By then, the kids will really know what they want, and you won't waste money on expensive things.
A.Members can get lots of benefits.
