An eight-year-old child heard her parents talking about her little brother. All she knew was that he was very sick and they had no money left. Here's a new warning from health experts: Sitting is deadly. Scientists are increasingly warning that sitting for prolonged periods — even if you also exercise regularly — could be 1 for your health.
