I still remember
I still remember the night when it was a cold , late afternoon and it was showering. Without an umbrella to shelter me from the heavy rain, I had to stand still and wait for my father. After seemingly long hours’ waiting, my father finally arrived. I was about to rush home when I found that my English teacher, Miss Wang was also waiting for the rain to stop. Without any hesitation, I went to her and gave my umbrella to her. Surprised but happy, she accepted it. Seeing Miss Wang walking in the rain with my umbrella, I smiled and a sense of happiness sprung up in my heart.
As a famous saying goes, happiness is only real when shared. As long as we are willing to share, we’ll find happiness everywhere.
【亮點說明】文中使用了非常好的短語和句子為文章增色不少,比如was about to … when …,without any hesitation,a sense of happiness, spring up,As a famous saying goes,As long as;Surprised but happy, she accepted it.這句話運用了形容詞作狀語;Seeing Miss Wang walking in the rain with my umbrella, I smiled and a sense of happiness sprung up in my heart.這句話運用非謂語動詞。并注意了句子的銜接如:when,as long as 等等。
