According to recent findings，price does have an effect on what we think of the quality of food，but it may not always truly show how good the food is．The study was carried out by researchers from Cornell University in the US and published in the Journal of Product & Brand Management．

Researchers tracked the young adults'progress after six months，one year and two years．The personal coaching group lost more weight than the other two groups at the six-month mark，but that lead（領(lǐng)先） disappeared at the one-and two-year follow-up．As for the group using the smartphone App，their average weight loss was never more than the other two groups．
