To be frank, I sympathize with the guide dog and its owner. First,the cold shoulder to the blindopens the door to asociety where the disabled feel nothing but despair.Isn’t it an irony to just shout empty slogans ofharmony? Besides, we can’t stand leaving the blind helpless with nowhere to go, nor can wedeprive them of the normal human right.

This social problem deserves due attention.For one thing, improving public facilities for the visually disabledshould top the list. For another, a harmonious societynecessitatesthe promotion of positive values like being helpful and the fight against discrimination.
