Some hold that it is necessary. On one hand, it can improve student's teamwork spirit , which will play an important part in their life and study. On the other hand, there is no doubt that they become stronger physically and mentally through the training.

However, the others have opposite views. They think it is a waste of time. Besides, students get burnt easily without any protection in the sun.
