It's reported that many people died of traffic accidents each year. Road safety has aroused the widely attention of the public. Many rules have made to reduce the traffic crashes, especially for the ones involved in the pedestrians(行人). In my opinion, we should make road safety seriously in our daily life. While used the road, we must walk on the pavement and learn to protect us. Besides, car drivers should obey the traffic rules, that is both good for themselves and others.

In the word, obeying the traffic rules are what all of us should pay attention to particularly. After all, life is not a small matter.

【1】died---die

【2】widely---wide

【3】have后面添加been

【4】去掉for

【5】make---take

【6】used---using

【7】us---ourselces

【8】that---which

【9】the---a

【10】are---is

Rules和made之間構(gòu)成被動關(guān)系,規(guī)則是被指定的,所以這里用be動詞+動詞過去分詞表示被動語態(tài),故添加been。

the ones指代前面的rules,所以for在這是多余的,故去掉for。

【5】make---take考查固定結(jié)構(gòu)。take……seriously意為:對……

【6】used---using考查現(xiàn)在分詞。

【9】the---a 考查短語。In a word意為總之,是固定用法,故改為a。

【10】are---is考查固定結(jié)構(gòu)。

On Friday, our teacher told us that there would an English corner in front of our teaching building. I set about soon after the last class in the afternoon.

To my joy, the English corner had just been on for a few minute. I joined them on their talk. At first, I was afraid that my English was so poor and limit that I couldn’t follow them or make myself understand. I was also afraid that anyone might laugh at me. But a smiling face here or an encouraging nod there soon put me at ease. Though I speak to them only in simple English that day, I believe in future I will make a greater progress.
