Matt Scott, who was born with spina bifida (脊柱裂)，grew up in Detroit, Michigan, where he participated in a variety of sports alongside his healthy friends. Now as a member of University of Wis­consin -Whitewater wheelchair basketball team, Scott has won four national championships, and hats' recently been selected to the Paralympic team for the second time. The 23 ― year 一 old college senior owes his achievements to his hard work and the support of his friends and family, who never allowed him to use his disability as an excuse. The celebration lasts about 15 days. The 15th night of the first moon in called the Lantern Festival. This is the day when we young people go out to enjoy ourselves, and sometimes we dance folk dances far into the night.

We once had a poster competition in our fifth grade art class.

She seemed to be entirely busy digging up as many apples as possible during her yard time.
When I called her back into the house, she had her usual one apple in her mouth. About five minutes later, I looked outside ---- the yard was completely covered with birds. Prana had dug up all those apples for her bird and squirrel friends to eat. She knew that they wouldn't have stored enough food to survive such an early winter!
Tears sprung to my eyes as I witnessed this beautiful act of unconditional love from an animal who taught us how to serve life with such grace.
