The great person I admire is Yuan Longping．Born in 1930，Yuan Longping is recognized as one of China's greatest scientists，a pioneer for all people．
I admire Yuan Longping a lot for his great achievements．He is the first to grow super hybrid rice in the world．It has such a high output that China is now free from hunger．Dr Yuan also helps many less developed countries to increase their rice harvests．Thanks to his research，the UN is now equipped with more tools to rid the world of hunger．
