The person who touched me most is an unknown lady. I study in a city school but lives in a village 15 kilometers away. One afternoon, I receive a call from my family saying my mom was serious ill. I hurried to the bus station, only find the last bus had left. Feel anxious, I decided to walk home. On the way a car stopped and the driver asked me that I needed help. Worried about being cheated, I said anything. But she was such sincere that I finally accepted her offer. When we reached my village, it was dark. Seeing her car out of the sight. I was in tear. I still remember what happened to my deskmate and me in Grade One. She did well in math tests, which I often laughed at. At last it aroused her anger but she decided to turn her back on me. As the result, I was refused when I needed her help. My friends began to play fun of me about it. Feeling ashamed, I asked her for forgiveness for what I had done wrongly and promised not to do. She agreed to make friends with me again. And from then on I get along well with my friends, keeping the lesson in mind.

With an old saying goes, ＂Do to others as you would have them to do to you.＂ My experience tells me that only when we respect others can we gain other’s respect.

And all of them come with health benefits. Tomatoes are a good source of the antioxidant lycopene (抗氧化番茄紅素), which is thought to help lower a person's risk for heart problems and cancer. Tomatoes also contain healthy vitamins(維生素) A and C. For the best fruit (they're fruits, not vegetables), choose tomatoes with shiny, firm skin and a little give, and store them at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Keep them out of the fridge, since cold temperatures can affect the original taste.

"They satisfy something more than just taste," says Fowler. "Tomatoes feed your soul."

Nowadays, with the growing popularity of computers, students were paying less and less attention to handwriting.

According to a recently survey, many students don’t want to improve their handwriting for various reason. 52 percent of them think that they can just use a computer, so it is no need to waste time improving our handwriting. 32 percent believe that they are too busy with the study that they have no time to practicing, and 16 percent think that practicing handwriting is useless.

As the saying went, writing style shows the man. Beautiful and neat handwriting is great help, especially for students. Therefore, in my opinion, the more importance should be attached to handwriting from now on.
