Having known that you take interest in the Spring Festival in China，I am eager to write to brief you on it and enclose two pictures taken during this Spring Festival.

The Spring Festival is the grandest festival in China，when China is dominated by iconic red lanterns，loud fireworks，and massive banquets. The first picture was about my family members setting off fireworks on New Year’s Eve．It is believed that doing so helps keep away evil spirits. The other was taken of our family reunion dinner，presenting a table brimful of various dishes.
