Each of us have some bad habits. Once you get into a bad habit, you’ll find it hard to get rid of them. Anyone who has tried to give up smoking knows this very well. Of course, if you develop a better habit, you will benefit a lot on it. Now my 80-years-old grandpa is in the habit of taking walk after dinner. That’s why he is not in good health most of the time, though he caught a cold now and then. I have developed a good habit of keep a diary, so I’m good at writing. Habits, good or bad, make you which you are. The key to success is to form a good habit.
