CCTV International, which was launched on September 25, 2000, is the English-language channel of China Central Television. It focuses on reporting something about Chinese politics, economy, culture, tourism, customs, society and so on to its audience at home and abroad. Meanwhile, it also covers the international events. No matter where you are, you can pick it up because CCTV International covers the whole world through six satellites.

It has many programs. I like CCTV News best of all the programs, through which I can keep up with what happened and what is going on around the world. In my opinion, it is a very useful channel. Through it we can practice our listening while learning what is happening in and out of China.
