Stress is aserious problem in today’s world. Students in our class are under too muchstress. Some students study very hard but they are still poor in their studies.They often worry about their exams. Others think that they have so muchhomework to do that they have no time to relax themselves.
I’m alwaysunder stress, too. I’m good at every subject, but it is hard for me to get onwell with my classmates, I can hardly communicate with my parents, either. Ireally feel tired sometimes. But how to solve the problem? I think aconversation with parents or teachers is helpful and taking exercise can makeus relaxed when we’re under pressure.
