One possible version：

As an old saying goes, time and tide wait for no man. Therefore, it is of great significance to cherish every moment and make a proper arrangement of our daily life. Only in this way can we make full use of the precious time as well as realize our dreams.

When it comes to this topic, an experience of mine will well illustrate my opinion. When I first arrived at high school, I was not familiar with how to manage time properly by myself. Lacking experience, I just did everything in a mess. Depressed and frustrated, I turned to my teacher for help. She advised that I (should) learn to allocate my limited time reasonably according to the significance, not hoping to make great progress at a time. It was her timely guidance that helped me restore my confidence and have a clear direction. By arranging my daily life wisely and efficiently, I eventually made it. And most importantly, I became more independent and cautious without parents’ company.

From what has been mentioned above, we can easily come to the conclusion that our success is largely determined by how we distribute our time and whether we try our best to stick to the arrangement. So please bear/keep in mind that by no means should we ignore the importance of treasuring the limited time and making a detailed plan.
