Knowing that you are interested in Chinese culture, I’m writing to invite you to attend a calligraphy class with me this weekend.

The class will be given at 9 this Saturday morning in the city library and it is free of charge. In this class, the teacher will tell us the history and some interesting stories of calligraphy. What’s more, we will appreciate some great calligraphy works written by some famous artists. More importantly, we can learn some basic skills in calligraphy, which must be very interesting.
