【題目】根據(jù)短文內(nèi)容,從短文后的選項中選出能填入空白處的最佳選項。選項中有兩項為多余選項。Healthy Sleep Tips
Keep a regular bed and wake time schedule. Go to bed at the same time every night. Try not to break this rule on weekends when it may be easy to stay up late. As with your bedtime, try to keep your regular wake time even on weekends.
When it's time to sleep, make sure that your environment is dark. Heavy curtains or shades can help block light from windows, or you can try an eye mask to cover your eyes. A bedroom that is too hot or too cold can also influence sleep quality.
Turn off your TV. Many people use the television to fall asleep or relax at the end of the day. However, television actually makes the mind excited, rather than relaxing it.
Exercise helps promote restful sleep if it is done several hours before you go to bed. Exercise can help you fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly. Try to finish exercising at least three hours before bed or work out earlier in the day.
Ask your doctor for advice. Use a sleep diary and talk to your doctor. Note what type of sleep problem is affecting your sleep. Try these tips and record your sleep and sleeprelated activities in a sleep diary.
A. Exercise at the right time.
B. Change your sleeping position.
C. Keep your room dark and cool.
D. Choose a time when you normally feel tired.

Chinese e-commerce websites fail to pay more attention to olderconsumers, says a news report.
There’s been a thought that younger consumers have been thedriving force of online buying. That may not be the case. According to astatement from Alipay, the average expenditure (支出) of Alipayusers born before the 1960s was 31,000 yuan in 2012, much higher than 14,000yuan of those born after the 1980s. It shows that online shopping has become akey part of people’s daily consumption, for both young and old.
Besides shopping, people pay bills such as water bill, electricity bill, and credit card repayment online. The middle-aged and seniorconsumers are also participating in that consumption revolution.

I'm not doing well in my lessons at school, especial in maths. My dad says I must try hard because he wants me go to university. He thinks I'm lazy, but it's not true. I work really hard, often study late into the night! I've tried to talk to my mother, but she always said I have to work as hard like my brother does. My brother doesn't study very hard, and he always gets excellent grades. It's not fair! The only thing I like it is art. My teacher says I'm the best student she's had for year. When I told my dad,all he said was, “You mustn't waste your time in art. You must focus your mind on your lessons!” I'm feeling quite puzzling as to what to do now. Would you please help me out?
Thanks a lot!
