放得下,才能拿得起
①后漢時,有一個叫孟敏的人。一天,他扛著瓦罐去集市,一不小心,瓦罐摔落在地,他頭也沒回,徑直向前走去,旁觀者無不奇怪。有人問他為什么不回頭看看,孟敏說:“瓦罐從肩上掉下去肯定會摔碎,我看它又有何用。我前面還有更重要的事要做!边@個故事告訴我們:“放下”,是為了更好地“拿起”。
②前幾天去醫(yī)院看望一位生病的朋友,我讓護士拿一支體溫計來。護士答應后十多分鐘卻還不見身影,我不免有些生氣,就按了床頭的鈴。護士來了。見其空著手,我更加惱火,就大聲地呵斥護士。而朋友卻始終哼著小曲,一副滿不在意的樣子說:“為了這樣的小事生氣,你的生活還會快樂嗎?你管不住別人的錯誤,但是你管得住自己是否快樂。”我很佩服他這種心態(tài)。[甲]生活中,我們常常因為別人無意中的一個小錯而大動肝火,不僅破壞了與他人的關系。也讓自己陷入不快樂的境地。所以說放下別人的過錯,有利于自己保持快樂。
③工作中,人們經常會出現分歧,我覺得放下一時的分歧,有利于獲得最終的雙贏。一次,在福特公司技術研究所內部,大家因汽車內燃機是采用“水冷”還是“氣冷”而產生了分歧!皻饫洹钡闹С终吒L,與支持“水冷”的幾位主要技術人員發(fā)生了激烈的爭論。矛盾越來越深,幾名主要技術人員甚至打算退出福特公司。后來,在副總經理的提醒下,福特認識到“水冷”的優(yōu)勢,也意識到[乙]于是同意他們搞“水冷”引擎的設想。最終幾名技術人員開發(fā)出了更適合市場需求的產品,使公司產品銷量大增,他們也因此成為了業(yè)界的佼佼者。    
④對于位高權重者來說,放下個人的恩怨與仇恨,有利于國家的發(fā)展。藺相如“完璧歸趙”保全了趙國的利益,“澠池相會”維護了趙王的尊嚴,因而被封為上卿,位居廉頗之上。廉頗居功自傲,屢次挑釁。藺相如深知將相不和,趙國危矣![丙]因此對廉頗一讓再讓,終使廉頗幡然悔悟,與相如合力輔佐趙王,讓趙國在戰(zhàn)亂頻仍之際仍能保有一席之地。李世民稱帝后,面對曾經強烈反對過他的魏征,不計前嫌重用了他,并一再諒解他因直諫給自己帶來的難堪,最終成就了中國歷史上“貞觀之治”的輝煌。藺相如和唐太宗“放下”的是個人的面子,“拿起”的則是國家的前途!正是因為他們識大體、顧大局的“放下”,
才換來了朝臣一心、君臣和睦地致力于國事,最終成就了國家的安定與富強。
⑤“放得下”方能“拿得起”,我想告訴那些在做人做事方面“放不下”的人,當放則放,你的人生之路才會走得更遠、更精彩!
