In many people’s eyes, middle school students are happy and carefree（無憂無慮）. But is it the truth? And what   students happy or unhappy?
To find out the answers, Li Jiahui, a student in Pinggu No. 3 Middle School, Beijing, spent six months   students’ sense(感受) of happiness last year. The  girl made a survey with questions such as “ Are you feeling happy?” and “What makes you unhappy?”
After studying the answers from 284 students, Li learned that  40 percent of the students feel unhappy, and the     from studies is the main reason for their unhappiness.
“More than 50 percent said they were under pressure and 70 percent  get enough sleep,” Li said. “It shows that middle school students are not as happy    people think. They worry a lot, and they can get angry easily.”
Li also said that over 90 percent say their happiness has  to do with how much money they have. Instead, they care about their relationships（關(guān)系）with friends, teachers and parents. “Students always feel better when they get  well with each other,” Li said.
After her survey, Li listed    tips that may make students happier, such as: Treat yourself better, be kind and polite to your friends and relatives, and try new things.

Well, a cold is an infection（傳染. It affects（影響） your nose,  ears and throat and makes you feel sick and weak.  It's very      to catch a cold.  When someone sneezes or coughs near you, bacteria  (細(xì)菌）  travel through the air and     your body and then make you sick.
Also, if you touch your nose or eyes after touching something that has bacteria on it,    a door or your desk at school, you can get sick.
Some of the symptoms（癥狀） of a cold _  a fever, a sore throat and a cough. If you sneeze, or if your nose is runny and your _   are watery, you've probably got a cold. Most people who have got a cold feel very tired and don't have much energy to do anything.
A cold is not a pleasant thing to      . However, there are some things you can do to feel better.  You should have hot drinks      you've got a sore throat and cough.
You should eat healthy foods and get a lot of rest so your body can be strong enough to  fight  your cold. If you've got a fever, or if you aren't feeling better within a few days, you should visit your doctor and take some medicine.
A cold can be frustrating,      just remember that there are many things you can do to feel better and get stronger. Take care of your body and stay healthy.
