“People come to me with all kinds of problems．A lot of them are worried about their lessons and exams．Some worry about their money．Some need help with finding bedrooms．Sometimes they are ill and they want to talk about seeing doctors．The biggest problem is that though（雖然）universities are wonderful and interesting places，a lot of students find it difficult to make friends．They miss their families and friends and feel lost in this new place．My work is to listen and try to understand what they're feeling．But of course I also give them some ideas when it's needed．”
