As more and more people are busy with their work, they go to work directly in the morning without eating breakfast. Some people think not having breakfast doesn't have influence on their health. But I don't think so.

First of all, breakfast offers us the energy we need for the whole day. If we don't have breakfast, we won't have enough energy to do our work efficiently. Secondly, people who don't have breakfast will put on weight easily because they may eat more at noon or in the evening. As a result, they become unhealthy.

All in all, we should eat breakfast to keep healthy and fit.
