I think it is good to do housework.

I used to be lazy at home. Seeing this, my mother came up with an idea—I have to earn my pocket money by doing housework. It changed me a lot. For example, when I can’t work out a math problem, I prefer to sweep the floor or tidy up my room to clear my mind. Once my mother told me to buy some fruit. I quickly made a list, compared prices and bought fresh fruit. I now have a habit of managing money and I know it’s great of my mother to look after my family so well!

This is how I learn to do housework—it’s a skill that lasts a lifetime.
