In their mind,the new rule can reduce traffic accidents and deaths. But not all the people agree to the rule. There are some other people who have the opposite view. They say the limit will make drivers angry and increase accidents.

When it's time to teach our kids good manners (禮貌) ，do we realize the basic manners we should teach them?
