　　First, it is a good idea to have heart-to-heart talks with our parents regularly, telling them we won’t fail them．Meanwhile, it is advisable to spare some time to take some exercise besides our devotion to the studies so that we will always feel relaxed and energetic．Above all, we should always keep optimistic and confident．As long as we are fully prepared, we are sure to achieve great success in our academic performance．
