I'm Li Hua,a student from Shanghai No.1 middle school. I've signed up for the one-day practical activity organized by BenefiTEAM on July 3, and I have received the activity plan, which consists of two parts: providing help information for the passengers coming to Shanghai at Shanghai railway station from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and helping the patients with electronic registration at Huashan Hospital from 13:00p.m.to16:00 p.m.

I think this activity is very meaningful, but what puzzles me is why not arrange the service to the hospital in the morning and the service to the railway station in the afternoon? Since people usually go to see the doctor in the morning, and the afternoon is usually the peak time for passengers, I think it would be more effective to serve people in need by switching the two. I would appreciate it if you take my advice into consideration.
