“a famous scholar and schoolmate of our school was invited deliver a speech to us Senior 3 students”,invite sb. to do sth.邀請某人做某事=sb. be invited to do sth. 故添加to。

“ Mr Li graduated from our school twenty years ago but then studied in Beijing University”,Mr Li graduated from our school twenty years ago李先生20年前從我們學(xué)校畢業(yè),“studied in Beijing University”在北京大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí),連接詞then 表示承接,所以前句與后句表示意思上的承接關(guān)系。故將but改為and。

“he followed his heart and become a musician after the graduation”,根據(jù)followed可知此句時態(tài)為過去時,由and可知前后兩句為并列句,因此,后句時態(tài)也應(yīng)為過去時。

“become a musician after the graduation”,此處的graduation畢業(yè),表示泛指,并不是特指畢業(yè)這件事。

“it was his hard works and efforts”,work作為工作講時,為不可數(shù)名詞。

“made him who he is today”分析句子,此句確少賓語成分,故將who改為what。

“he made fully use of everything to study”,make full use of利用,為固定動詞短語。

“which contributed to be admitted to Beijing University”,contribute to doing sth.,后面應(yīng)加動名詞,故將be改為being。

“ His speech was so inspired that all the students present”,inspired表示人內(nèi)心受到鼓舞,inspiring表示事情本身令人鼓舞。

“all the students present expressed that we would work harder for a bright future”,分析句子,句子主語為all the students,所以后句主語應(yīng)與前句主語相對應(yīng)。故將we改為they。
