 I never knew that one little "I'm sorry" could mean so much. I never thought that one moment in time could (1) the rest of my life.

   Some years ago，on a hot summer day in south Florida，a little boy decided to go for a swim in the river in front of his house.

  My first acts of kindness were done when I was about 12 years old. I always (1) people as soon as possible with whatever they wanted.
