             教育創(chuàng)新的關(guān)鍵是教師

摘　　要:

   教育教學(xué)改革是一項(xiàng)復(fù)雜的龐大的系統(tǒng)工程，牽涉到社會(huì)的方方面面，有其深刻的歷史背景和社會(huì)背景。本文從教育創(chuàng)新的角度，論述作為教育的直接執(zhí)行者――教師所起到的關(guān)鍵作用。創(chuàng)新教育是一種高層次的素質(zhì)教育活動(dòng)，它要求有高素質(zhì)的教師隊(duì)伍。而長(zhǎng)期以來(lái)的歷史、文化、社會(huì)背景，都有意無(wú)意地深刻地影響著教師的教學(xué)態(tài)度和行為，乃至于教育觀念。我國(guó)的教育由于長(zhǎng)期受傳統(tǒng)教育思想的束縛，在很多方面出現(xiàn)了不適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展的弊端，教育的現(xiàn)狀不容樂(lè)觀，落后的教育理念，低效的教學(xué)行為勢(shì)必加重了學(xué)生的負(fù)擔(dān)，學(xué)生、家長(zhǎng)苦不堪言。因此，教育教學(xué)改革勢(shì)在必行，教育創(chuàng)新迫在眉捷，而其中教師的關(guān)鍵作用不可小視。

    對(duì)一個(gè)國(guó)家而言，擁有持續(xù)創(chuàng)新能力和大量創(chuàng)新性人才資源，就具備了發(fā)展知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的巨大潛能，從而能在日益激烈的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中立于不敗之地。而要培養(yǎng)創(chuàng)新性人才，就必須實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育。學(xué)校教育是實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的主陣地，而學(xué)校實(shí)施創(chuàng)新教育的關(guān)鍵在教師。

學(xué)校教育的主渠道在課堂，因此教師教育創(chuàng)新的主陣地也是課堂，課堂教育的創(chuàng)新是一名教師教育理念、教學(xué)方法、工作責(zé)任心和工作能力的重要體現(xiàn)。課堂教育創(chuàng)新包括很多方面，如備課、上課、作業(yè)布置與批改、后進(jìn)生轉(zhuǎn)化等等。筆者從事初中數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)近二十年，深感教育創(chuàng)新之重要，下面談一些個(gè)人的膚淺感觸，一孔之見(jiàn)，肯請(qǐng)大家指正。
