發(fā)現(xiàn)顯示每餐的GI指數(shù)比想象中的要低.研究人員預期土豆的GI是65,但實際上是53."雖然馬鈴薯被認為是高GI食物---但我們的工作表明,飲食中有少量的土豆并不會使你的血糖高.
這項研究涉及到18-50歲的30個健康人,該研究已經(jīng)在10月份發(fā)布在美國的十月期刊上.
