    ①傳統(tǒng)的石化能源正在一天天的減少,同時全球還有20億人得不到正常的能源供應。這個時候,全世界都把目光投向了可再生能源,希望可再生能源能夠改變人類的能源結構,維持長遠的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。太陽能是當前既能獲得能源,又能減少二氧化碳等有害氣體和有害物質排放的可再生能源之一。越來越多的國家開始實行“陽光計劃”,開發(fā)太陽能能源。如美國的“光伏建筑計劃”、歐洲的“百萬屋頂光伏計劃”、日本的“朝日計劃”以及我國已開展的“光明工程”等。

    ②太陽能每秒鐘到達地球的能量達1.7×1014千瓦,如果我們把地球表面0.1%的太陽能轉為電能,轉變率5%,每年發(fā)電量可望達到7.4×1013千瓦時,相當于目前全世界能耗的40倍。因此,太陽能資源是非常豐富的能源,取之不盡,用之不竭,而且無污染,廉價,是人類能夠自由利用的重要能源。

    ③資料顯示,我國大部分地區(qū)太陽能資源豐富,太陽能資源開發(fā)潛力非常廣闊。全國總面積2/3以上地區(qū)年日照時數大于2000小時,理論儲量達每年17000億噸標準煤。大多數地區(qū)年平均日輻射量在每平方米4千瓦時以上,陸地面積每年接受的太陽能輻射相當于上萬個三峽工程發(fā)電量的總和。

 

④近十年來,我國的太陽能利用產業(yè)得到快速發(fā)展。特別是太陽能熱水器,已初步形成較為完善的產業(yè)體系。據預測,今后15年內,太陽能熱水器將以20%左右的速度增長,全國城鄉(xiāng)家庭使用太陽能熱水器的戶數至少占總戶數的25%。太陽能空調作為近幾年新發(fā)展起來的太陽能利用方式,也已經有了較為成熟的產品,有望今年走進百姓生活。太陽能路燈、太陽能手機、太陽能無沖洗衛(wèi)生間等一系列太陽能技術正處于開發(fā)應用階段。現在我國成了石油凈進口國,對太陽能發(fā)電有了很大的需求,國家制定了相關政策,鼓勵把太陽能作為替代能源。相信在不久的將來,我們的生活也將實現“到處陽光到處電”。

單   純

①“單純”二字是我心中所能做出的對人的心靈境界的最高褒評。清澈、純凈即是美!樸實、坦誠即是美!拒絕了繁雜、混濁即是美!單純的心靈可以鍛造美麗厚重的人生。

②心靈的單純可以分為兩種:一種是原始的單純,一種是超越的單純。兒童的心靈具有原始的單純。人在童年時是天真的、純粹的、夢幻的、藝術的?梢哉f,童年所賜予我們的幸福、勇氣、鼓舞和信心,童年所教會我們的高尚、正直、善良和誠實,比人生任何一個時期都要多得多。人在童年時期,敢于參天悟地,沒邊沒沿說些同無限相關、連后世哲人都不敢說的話。人類的童言和稚作就連后世的偉大哲學家、藝術家也極難比肩。

凝望紅海灘

   ①早聽說在雙臺河的入?谔,每當海潮退去之后,會出現一片奇異的景觀――紅海灘,只是很長一段時間,我并沒有去理會。印象的底版中,它似乎只是近于夕陽之中的楓林或經霜之后的西山紅葉吧。然而幾年前,當我真的與紅海灘晤面時才如夢方醒――A湛藍湛藍的天幕之下,那片坦蕩無垠的玫瑰紅,紅得那么嬌艷,那么剔透,那么珠光閃爍。放眼望去,那紅還無休止地向著天邊和大海延伸著。這生命之血的紅啊,紅出一種燃燒之美、青春之美、生命之美。剎那間,說不清我的心是收縮了還是放開了,我仿佛變得很小很小,像是變成了海灘嫣紅之中的一個點,又仿佛變得很大很大,大到張開雙臂就可將茫茫的紅海灘擁抱。

    ②自從去了一次紅海灘,冥冥之中似乎總有一種聲音在耳畔滾動,它從遙遠的天邊注入我的靈魂深處――這是來自大自然的聲息,是天籟之聲,還是紅海灘的呼喚?

    ③我曾向從事海洋科研的專家咨詢過紅海灘的成因,那是在海灘上大面積生長的一種植物,叫堿蓬草,經過含有大量鹽分的海水日復一日的浸泡,才逐步變紅的。在其他一些含堿量較大的地方,也零星生長有這種植物,只是沒有形成這樣大的規(guī)模又沒有海潮浸泡的機遇,才沒有形成這樣的景觀。B我也曾仔細地觀察過這纖細的小草,它的根扎得并不很深,但須根極多,密密麻麻地緊緊抓住海灘的泥土,這樣,大海無論是驚濤拍岸還是輕柔的摩挲,它都會緊貼在那里,待海潮退去后,繼續(xù)從容嫻靜地顯露出它的殷紅。我還知道了這種植物既可食用,又可藥用,20世紀60年代國家經濟困難時朝,這堿蓬草不知拯救過多少人的性命呢!

    [譯文]: 孟業(yè)字敬業(yè),是巨鹿郡安國縣人。他的家庭本來貧寒低微,年青時做州府官吏。他性情廉潔謹慎,和他同做官吏的幾個人侵占盜竊官府的綢絹,分三十匹給他,孟業(yè)拒絕而不接受。東魏彭城王元韶被任命為定州長官,孟業(yè)被任命為典簽之官。長史劉仁之對孟業(yè)說:“我處在官府的外面,您在官府的里面,我們同心協(xié)辦,有希望取得成功。 辈痪脛⑷手徽髡偃氤鲋袝,臨上路前向元韶陳述說:“殿下您身邊可信任的人只有孟業(yè),希望您專一任用他。其他的人不可信任!眲⑷手峙c孟業(yè)告別,拉著手說:“現在我離開到都城,您就失去了幫助,我恐怕您在以后的時間,不能自我保全。只有堅守正直,希望您自我勉勵。”孟業(yè)只有一匹馬,馬因瘦弱而死,元韶認為孟業(yè)家貧窮,讓州府官人一同吃馬肉,想要讓他們多償還錢給孟業(yè),孟業(yè)堅決推辭不敢這樣做。元韶于是戲笑地對孟業(yè)說:“您是求取聲譽的人啊。”孟業(yè)回答說:“我因為身分低賤,低身侍奉您,既然不能做有用的事,怎么能損傷敗壞清廉的風氣呢!”后來齊高祖寫給元韶信上說:“典簽姓孟的人極能用盡心力為官,為什么不安排他在你面前當官呢?”元韶是齊高祖的女婿。劉仁之后來治理兗州,臨別對吏部長官崔暹說:“您這個州的人,只有孟業(yè),應該選拔推薦他,別的人不可信任!贝掊呦蛎蠘I(yè)說:“您先前在定州,有什么政績,使劉西兗(用為官之地尊稱劉仁之)如此欽敬贊嘆?”孟業(yè)回答說:“我稟性很愚直,只有知道自我修養(yǎng),沒有別的長處!碧毂3跄,清河王高岳被任命為司州長官,聽說孟業(yè)的名聲品行,又征召他做法曹之官。孟業(yè)身體形貌矮小,等到他謁見高岳,高岳內心看不起他矮小,只是笑著不說話。后來找到孟業(yè)判決的案件,才對孟業(yè)說:“您判決案件很英明,可以說起到了超過身體容貌的作用!泵蠘I(yè)不久提升為東郡太守,因政治寬和仁惠著稱。那一年,麥子一根莖長五個穗,其余的也是三四個穗長在一根莖上,整個州郡的人認為這是孟業(yè)的政治教化感動上天的結果。不久他因病去世。
